Debt Solutions
Our aim is to ease your burden of debt by finding a debt solution that is right for you. During your Debt Advice Consultation, we will cover the following debt solutions.
Debt Relief Order
You can apply for a Debt Relief Order (DRO) if you cannot afford to pay back your debts. It is granted by the Insolvency Service. A DRO has very stringent criteria and is only available in certain circumstances.
Services Available with Debt Charities
Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy is an option if you have very little or no money to pay back debts. Those who owe money and cannot pay it back can petition for Bankruptcy.
